The short answer: Yes! Long answer: Consultations help you and your provider come to a mutual understanding about services needed, expectations, hair/nail history and price. We highly recommend consultations for any chemical hair services.

We have a small studio with limited seating. We try our best to accommodate guests, however, it may be more comfortable for everyone if you come alone to your appointment.

In the case of a no-call/no-show, the client will be blocked from online booking and required to pay a 50% deposit before a new appointment can be booked.
In cases of lateness, cancellations and re-scheduling, the client may be charged a fee upon the individual operator’s discretion.
These policies are in place for the protection of our operators and our clients! Thank you for your cooperation.
