  • The short answer: Yes! Long answer: Consultations help you and your provider come to a mutual understanding about services needed, expectations, hair/nail history and price. We highly recommend consultations for any chemical hair services.

  • We have a small studio with limited seating. We try our best to accommodate guests, however, it may be more comfortable for everyone if you come alone to your appointment.

  • In the case of a no-call/no-show, the client will be blocked from online booking and required to pay a 50% deposit before a new appointment can be booked.

    In cases of lateness, cancellations and re-scheduling, the client may be charged a fee upon the individual operator’s discretion.

    These policies are in place for the protection of our operators and our clients! Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Downtown Hamilton is notorious for parking difficulties! Please allow extra time for parking before your appointment. Here is a link for the city’s community parking lots:

  • Yes we do! Because our operators are not employees, it’s best if the gift card is purchased directly from your desired operator. Please email dalene@sapphiresagemt.com if you need help with this!
